Shipping Rates

At the checkout, the applicable shipping fees are automatically calculated and added in the final price. The shipping rate for an order may vary depending on the delivery address location and the type of purchased items. 

Checkout

In order to avoid a delivery at a wrong address, the Customer has to verify the entered address at the checkout is the correct one. It is highly advisable to the Customer to double-check that the correct address has been added.

Wrong Delivery Address

In case the order cannot be delivered because of a wrong address, the order will be sent back to the return address. A message will be notified to the Customer and in case the order has to be shipped again, the related shipping cost will be paid by the Customer.

Notes

Due to the nature of some products and packaging differences, some items may be shipped separately, such as (non-exclusive list): caps, backpacks, mugs, stickers, bottles or notebooks.
