Returns Policy Applicable on ChessMode.com (update: 24th August 2023)

In case of receiving a damaged, defective or misprinted item, the Customer has 15 days from the delivery date to submit a complain by using the contact form in the present website. Then, the procedure to fulfill for returning items will be communicated to the Customer. It is advisable for the Customer in such a situation to wait for further instructions before sending/returning the items. 

 

If the customer provides an address considered insufficient by the courier or the delivery service provider, the shipment will be returned. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed. Similarly, the Customer will be liable for any reshipment fees if the shipments go unclaimed. 

 

Due to hygiene and health reasons, sealed goods cannot be returned, such as but not limited to facial health masks. Consequently, any returned order along with face mask(s) will not be available for reshipping. For similar health and hygiene reasons, some items such as underwear but not limited and unsealed products cannot be returned. 

 

Also, regarding any customization of products requested by a Client, its right of withdrawal cannot not be claimed.

 

There is no return of goods in case of Customer's remorse. In addition, any size exchange is at the Customer's expenses only: there is no refund. By browsing the website ChessMode.com, the User/Customer fully consents without conditions to the present Returns Policy regardless of any translation made in another language than English.
